WHY TITAN

Why TITAN does digital signage differently

Digital signage hardware is now commodity. The thing that breaks signage is content management. We install the workflow, not just the hardware.

MONITORED ALWAYS

We monitor what we install.

Display offline. Content not updating. POS integration broken. We see it from our office. Most issues we resolve before staff notices the screen is wrong.

DESIGNED FOR THE ROOM

We design for the room.

Display size, mounting height, viewing angle, ambient light. The screen has to be readable from where customers actually look — not from the spec sheet.

CONTENT WORKFLOW

We install the content workflow, not just the hardware.

CMS setup, content templates, user roles, scheduled workflows. The system works after we leave, not just when we test it.

OUR PROCESS

How a digital signage project actually starts.

Four phases. Every one of them documented and signed before we move on. No surprises mid-installation.

Tell us

A 15-minute call or quick form. Menu boards, lobby displays, video walls, or multi-site rollout.

Walk the Space

On site, free. We measure viewing angles, check ambient light, and test the network.

Quote

Display count and tier, mounting, CMS, content workflow setup, labor, and timeline. No anchor numbers.

Install & Onboard

Hardware installed. CMS configured. Content workflows built. Staff trained. Performance Protection Plan activates day one.

01

How much does digital signage cost?

A 4-screen menu board install with CMS, mounting, and content setup typically lands in the low five figures. A lobby video wall with multi-screen calibration runs into the mid-to-high five figures. Multi-site rollouts scale per location.
02

Can you integrate menu boards with our POS?

Often, yes. Most modern POS systems support content output to digital signage. We integrate where it adds value — when the pricing change in the POS automatically shows up on the menu board.
03

What CMS do you use?

Whichever fits the use case. BrightSign for purpose-built signage networks. ScreenCloud, Yodeck, OptiSigns for cloud-based multi-location. Apple TV-based for simple lobby displays. We recommend based on what you’ll actually manage.
04

Can the displays survive direct sun?

The right hardware can. Outdoor and sun-facing windows need commercial high-brightness displays (Samsung Smart Signage Outdoor, LG XS series). Standard interior displays will fail in direct sun.
05

Can content be updated from a phone or browser?

Yes. Every CMS we deploy includes mobile and web admin. Authorized users can update content from anywhere.
06

Do you handle multi-location rollouts?

Yes. Same display standards, same CMS, centralized content library. New sites onboard consistently with the existing portfolio.
07

What if a screen goes black?

That’s what monitoring catches. We see the screen offline from our office and dispatch resolution remotely or on site, depending on the issue.
08

What areas do we serve?

Loudoun, Northern Virginia, and the DC Metro. Multi-site rollouts across multiple states when an existing client asks.
