WHAT THE ROOM NEEDS

What an executive boardroom needs to do

The C-suite doesn’t want to manage AV. They want a room that responds to one button and works every time.

01

ONE-TOUCH START

One-touch start.

01

ONE-TOUCH START

One-touch start.

"Begin meeting" launches the codec, dims the lights, lowers the shades, raises the displays, and brings the room online. From a single panel or a single voice command. Every time.

  • Single-panel meeting start
  • Voice command optional
  • Every mode, one button
02

VOICE-LIFTED AUDIO

Voice-lifted audio.

02

VOICE-LIFTED AUDIO

Voice-lifted audio.

Beamforming ceiling microphones and an audio processor that lifts every voice in the room to consistent level. People at the head of the table sound the same as people at the back. Legal-grade recording quality, financial-grade clarity.

03

DISPLAYS & VIDEO WALL

Video walls and presentation displays.

03

DISPLAYS & VIDEO WALL

Video walls and presentation displays.

Single large display for smaller boards. Dual screens for active-participant + content. Video wall for major presentation rooms. Sized to the throw distance and the way your board actually presents.

04

MULTI-CAMERA

Multi-camera with presenter tracking.

04

MULTI-CAMERA

Multi-camera with presenter tracking.

Whoever’s speaking gets the frame. Whoever’s presenting shares content with one tap. Hybrid meetings actually work — remote participants get a real seat at the table, not a corner thumbnail.

05

SECURE RECORDING

Secure recording.

05

SECURE RECORDING

Secure recording.

For regulated industries — financial services, legal, healthcare — recording has to meet specific standards. Encrypted at rest, controlled retention, audit trail. We deploy compliant recording solutions.

06

ROOM SCHEDULING

Room scheduling and reservation.

06

ROOM SCHEDULING

Room scheduling and reservation.

Microsoft Outlook, Google Workspace, Robin, Joan. The room manages its own calendar. The schedule outside the door always knows the next meeting.

WHY TITAN

Why TITAN does boardroom automation differently

The C-suite doesn’t want to manage AV. They want a room that responds to one button and works every time. Inside that simplicity is a lot of engineering.

ROOM ENGINEERING

We engineer the room, not just the rack.

Acoustic treatment, voice-lift design, presenter sightlines, camera placement, lighting scenes — all of it before we spec the equipment.

icon-shield

COMPLIANCE READY

We meet compliance requirements where they apply.

Financial services, legal, healthcare, government — each has different recording, retention, and security standards. We’ve deployed for each.

LOCAL & PRESENT

We stay after we install.

Performance Protection Plan + Network Monitoring catches firmware issues, camera failures, codec problems before the 9am board meeting starts.

OUR PROCESS

How a boardroom project actually starts.

Four phases. Every one of them documented and signed before we move on. No surprises mid-installation.

Tell us

A 15-minute call or quick form. New space, existing room, executive renovation, or multi-site standardization.

Walk the Room

On site, free. We measure the geometry, the acoustics, and the existing AV — and talk to both the executive assistant and the IT lead.

Design

AV, acoustic treatment, lighting, shading, control, network, labor, and timeline. Performance Protection Plan and Network Monitoring options on the same page. No anchor numbers.

Install & Monitor

Installation after-hours for live offices. Labeled rack, named technician. Day-one enrollment in monitoring.

01

What’s the difference between a conference room and a boardroom?

A conference room handles a meeting; a boardroom handles a presentation, a decision, and (usually) a record. The audio engineering, display engineering, camera engineering, and recording all step up significantly. The investment level reflects the importance of the room.
02

Can a boardroom be designed for regulated industries — financial services, legal, healthcare?

Yes. We’ve deployed compliant recording, secure conferencing, audit-trail logging, and encrypted-at-rest storage for clients in each. Compliance requirements are scoped into the proposal.
03

How long does a boardroom installation take?

A typical executive boardroom install runs 3–6 weeks of on-site work, depending on construction scope. New construction we coordinate with the GC during pre-wire. Existing rooms we work after-hours and weekends to avoid disrupting the business.
04

Can you upgrade an existing boardroom?

Yes — we audit the room, measure the acoustics, evaluate the AV, and tell you what’s worth keeping vs. replacing. Most boardroom upgrades are partial: usually the audio or the displays need significant work; the network may be fine.
05

What’s the typical investment for an executive boardroom?

A small-board executive room with single display, voice-lifted audio, and basic recording typically runs in the high five figures. A full executive boardroom with video wall, multi-camera presenter tracking, compliant recording, and full automation usually runs into the low to mid six figures. Quotes are itemized.
06

Do you handle the construction coordination?

Yes. For new construction, we work with your GC and architect from pre-wire forward. For renovations, we coordinate the AV scope with your interior designer and electrician.
07

Do you monitor the boardroom after install?

Yes — that’s a core part of what we do. Network Monitoring sees codec issues, camera failures, microphone dropouts, and lighting/shading problems from our office. Most issues we resolve before the room is used that morning.
08

What areas do we serve?

Loudoun, Northern Virginia, DC Metro, and selectively beyond for active clients.
