What Is Conference Room AV?

Conference room AV is the connected system of displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, control panels, scheduling tools, and network infrastructure that makes in-room and hybrid meetings work reliably. TITAN designs conference room AV around Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, Q-SYS, Poly, Logitech, and related platforms so every meeting mode is simple to start and easy to support.

Every display, camera, microphone, control layer, and network connection is sized to the room geometry, the way your team meets, and the platform your business runs on.

Conference rooms ride on the network. We hardwire the codec, segment the AV VLAN, and prioritize the meeting traffic. The meeting doesn’t compete with the office Wi-Fi.

WHY TITAN

Why TITAN designs conference room AV systems differently

If you've ever tried to get a real conference room AV system from a national vendor, you know the problem: too small for them to bid, too commercial for a residential integrator.

Designed for actual use

USE-FIRST DESIGN

We design for how the room is actually used.

A typical room has three modes: Zoom call with everyone at the table, Zoom call with one presenter and a hybrid audience, in-person presentation with no remote. The control system has to handle all three with one button per mode.

Monitored systems

24/7 MONITORING

We monitor every system we install.

Most failures we see from our office before the 9am meeting starts. Most troubleshooting is remote, no van roll. When someone is needed on site, the technician knows your system.

Same technician

SAME TECHNICIAN

We send the technician who installed it.

When a room actually needs hands on it, you get the same person who built it — not a dispatched contractor who has to learn your system on the clock.

FEATURED PROJECTS

Conference room AV projects
we support.

Mid-size businesses across Northern Virginia and DC who needed AV that just works — every room, every time.

OUR PROCESS

How conference room AV installation actually starts.

Four phases. Every one of them documented and signed before we move on. No surprises mid-installation.

Tell us

A 15-minute call or quick form. New build, retrofit, single room, or multi-room standardization.

Walk the Room

On site, free. We measure the geometry, test the network, and tell you what the room can support.

Design

Display, camera, microphones, control, network, labor, and timeline. Performance Protection Plan options on the same page. No anchor numbers.

Install & Monitor

Installation on your operating schedule. Labeled rack, named technician. Performance Protection Plan activates day one.

01

How long does conference room AV installation take?

A single huddle room is typically 1–2 days on site after the equipment arrives. A mid-size or large conference room is 3–5 days. An executive boardroom can run 1–3 weeks.
02

What does a conference room AV system cost?

A huddle room starts in the low five figures. A mid-size conference room typically lands in the mid-five figures. Large boardrooms scale from there. Every quote is itemized.
03

Do you certify and support Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms?

Yes — TITAN is certified for both.
04

Can you take over an existing room that has broken or aging AV?

Often, yes. We audit, document, and quote a maintenance or replacement plan in writing.
05

Do you offer ongoing service and monitoring?

Yes. Performance Protection Plan covers documented as-builts, scheduled preventive maintenance, and priority response. Remote monitoring ($100 per access point per year, and the number grows with the system) puts the system on our 24/7 dashboard.
06

Can you handle a multi-room standardization across our office?

Yes — multi-room and multi-site standardization is one of our specialties. One architecture, deployed across rooms, monitored from one dashboard.
07

What areas do we serve?

We serve homes and businesses across Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland — including McLean, Great Falls, Arlington, Leesburg, Aldie, Bethesda, and Potomac.

READY WHEN YOU ARE
